I love butterfly gardens/houses. Here are some photos from the Smithsonian Butterfly Garden at the Natural History Museum. I really liked this one because most of the butterflies were from Africa and South America, so there were species I hadn't seen before.
These are fabulous! WOW!
ReplyDeleteThose pictures are GORGEOUS! Love the butterflies.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful pictures! Is it an enclosed garden or open air? I went to an enclosed one in Niagara Falls on my honeymoon. It was so cool! My husband even got a picture of one that landed on me. :)
ReplyDeleteJennie :)
This is enclosed. Actually a greenhouse inside the museum.
ReplyDeleteAmazing!
ReplyDeleteWe are going to a butterfly garden tomorrow at Strong Museum in Rochester, NY. Last time I went, it was so easy to get pictures like these. You are surrounded by thousands of butterflies --- it's a dream!
ReplyDeleteI like this one in particular.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful!

ReplyDeleteThese are beautiful, I love butterflies. These ones remind me of some vintage looking butterfly stickers I bought at a craft store. Lovely. :)
