I finally finished my new holiday illustration. I've been working on this for weeks, for some reason progress on this was really slow. My inspiration was parks in urban spaces in general, and specifically Fredrick Law Olmstead's "Gothic Bridge" in Central Park.
At first I though I should fill the lower right corner, but I think I'm happy with it. What do you think?
It's a lovely illustration. It has a "fairytale" quality to it. I like it.
