Back Bay Wildlife Refuge

These photos were taken a few weeks ago in the Back Bay Wildlife Refuge. I was hoping to see a turtle or horse, maybe next time.
when is the last time you were on a beach with no human footprints?

Same photo as above, only in B&W and extremly cropped. I discovered this view entirely by accident, as I was waiting for the printer to finish. I love the sculptural quality of the grass and the shadow it casts on the dune.

This is where the magic happens

I love seeing other people's work areas, so today I have some photos of mine (sorry about the poor image quality). I would like to tell you that it isn't always this messy, but in all honesty, it isn't always this clean. Can you believe that until about six months ago I fit most of this stuff in bins under my bed? Its so great having my own room to use as an office/studio, I never have to put the sewing away halfway throurgh a project because its almost dinnertime. Also, many of my books were in storage and I wasn't able to hang all my art.
This first shot shows my crafting/sewing/drawing desk. Its actually a drafting board which means I can angle it when I'm drawing. It spent quite a bit of time in storage when we lived in the basement and its nice to have it accesible again. I've place open shelving against the back where I keep most of my supplies, and I can access my fabric and yarn stashes from the other side. One thing I have recently noticed is that my fabric stash has begun growing since I go my own studio (But I know there is the perfect project just waiting out there).

This is my other desk, for my computer and printer.

I'm not sure exactly what I was going for with this shot. but you can see my closet doors covered with art I've colledted over the years, some of it I've had since high school. As you might have guessed, I'm a huge fan of Maxfield Parrish.

I just wanted to show you how I take my etsy photos, just a piece of fabric draped over my shelves and desk.
