Photo Scavenger Hunt

For a photo scavenger hunt on Swap-Bot, I took several photos from the oceanfront resort area of Virginia Beach, my new hometown. I find the touristy shops/amusements rather odd, probably similar to any old beach resort, but the only place I have seen anything similar is Old Orchard Beach, in Maine. In spite of some of the unusual attractions, the beach is beautiful.

Fabric Lust

I have recently bought some beautiful fall fabrics. The red one is a Kerry Beary design for Hancock Fabrics, which I plan to use for the apron swap on Swap-Bot. The other three I plan to make clothes out of, just not sure what. Sometimes when I get beautiful fabrics I'm affraid to cut into them, so they just sit on a shelf for years waiting for the perfect project.

I just received my free sample of Tilli Tomas (info@tillitomas.com), and to my surprise it was two whole skeins of yarn; one pure and simple in moss, and one rock star in natural. This is perhaps the most beautiful yarn I have ever had the pleasure of working with, but after checking prices online I just cant justify buying more.
So, what to knit with 2 small skeins?
